Overview
"HEAVENS' BELL" is TEAM KAMUI's fifth feature film since they began filmmaking in 2018. Kyoji Kamui's unique storytelling is still alive and well. In addition to action scenes such as mystery solving, gunfights, and fighting like in a suspense movie, it is an ensemble drama with many comical characters.
The cast is over 40 people, which is a lot more than Kamui's previous works. In addition, while in his previous works, the director Kamui also served as the Camera Operator, this time for the first time, he brought in an outside Camera Operator (Ryuta Yoshikawa). This also contributed to improving the visual quality.At the production announcement, Kamui described this film as "TEAM KAMUI's new century," and in many ways it is a new Kamui film.

The theme of this film can be said to be "social satire." Synopsis
Two people survived the brutal family massacre 20 years ago. A 10-year-old girl who survived by hiding in a closet, and a third culprit whose existence was somehow erased. It was reported that there were two suspects, but both died under suspicious circumstances. The girl, Natsumi, was taken in by a relative. 20 years later, Natsumi, who has grown up, receives a photo from an unknown sender. It shows a man lying dead under a distinctive stained glass window.
Natsumi identifies the location using clues written on the back of the photo and heads to a town in Area 4, an extraterritorial area.
